These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reape.fun, the ultimate Solana meme token launchpad. By using our platform to cook your tokens, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't vibe with these terms, you probably shouldn't use our service, ser.

What We Do

Reape.fun is a decentralized application (dApp) that helps degens like you create and deploy meme tokens on the Solana blockchain. We provide the tools, you bring the alpha. We're not responsible for your moon missions or if your token doesn't hit different.

The Degen Rules

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Reape.fun
  • You're responsible for your own bags and investment decisions
  • No rugpulls allowed - we have anti-rug technology, but you still need to be honest with your community
  • Don't create tokens that promote illegal activities or hate speech
  • DYOR (Do Your Own Research) applies to everything crypto

Your Responsibilities

When you use Reape.fun to cook tokens, you're taking full responsibility for:

  • The content and legality of your token project
  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Any claims, damages, or issues arising from your token
  • Managing your own wallet and private keys (we can't help if you lose them)
  • Understanding the risks of DeFi and meme tokens

Risks and Disclaimers

Let's be real, ser - crypto is risky business. By using Reape.fun, you acknowledge:

  • Cryptocurrency investments are highly volatile and risky
  • Meme tokens are especially speculative and can lose value quickly
  • Smart contracts may have bugs or vulnerabilities
  • The Solana network may experience downtime or congestion

Service Availability

We work hard to keep Reape.fun running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control (like Solana network issues).

Fees and Payments

Using Reape.fun may involve blockchain transaction fees (gas fees) and service fees. All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. Fees are non-refundable once a transaction is processed.

Termination
